Updates, small and big

Some updates:

• Complete backend overhaul (The entire site is now managed by Wordpress)
• Videos now play in house (They used to run off Blip.tv)
• Now works (with varying degrees of success) in IE6

Then there are the minor things that took me hours to do but which no one cares about:

• Background no longer looks like crap (It used to have lots of banding). Okay, a minor issue, but it took a long time to solve m'okay?
• Menu now highlights selected items correctly
• Color change from Sapphire (#339) to Azure (#369)
